Meet the Doctor
Dr. Nick Rodsater
Dr. Jon Nick grew up in a small town in central Illinois. Before he attended and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Nick pursued his athletic dreams by attending Western Illinois University and playing basketball. While at Western Illinois he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of exercise science. Once Dr. Nick moved on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, he met the ultimate love of his life, Dr. Stefanie Gross Rodsater. They opened Adjusting the World Chiropractic with the deep purpose of educating and empowering the community to take their health into their own hands through a drug free natural chiropractic lifestyle.
Over the last seven years Dr. Nick’s passion to change the lives of the families in our community has grown and expanded along with Adjusting the World Chiropractic practice. This growth has allowed Dr. Nick and Dr. Stefanie to have an even bigger impact in the Lake Norman community. Dr. Nick stays very active in the community through his involvement in the Chamber of Commerce, adult sports leagues, and sponsorship of many local community events. He also enjoys playing golf, wake surfing, and spending time with his family and dogs. Dr. Nick is excited to continue to influence people in our community to reach their highest potential for health and happiness.
Dr. Stefanie Rodsater
Dr. Stefanie grew up under chiropractic care, as her brother, Cameron has spina bifida and has greatly benefited from chiropractic care throughout his lifetime. She attended the University of Illinois in Champaign graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. She then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
Dr. Stefanie is certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association including the Webster technique, as a Board Certified Pediatric Chiropractor as well as a certification as a doula through CAPPA. She also received a certification in Chiropractic Wellness, a study of the human genes and how to keep them healthy. This certification is granted through the ICPA, giving her a C.C.W.P (certified chiropractic wellness practitioner) She is currently a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Sherman’s Regents, and sits on the board for MindBodyBabyNC, an organization to help postpartum mommies, and the board of UAC.
Dr. Stefanie and Dr. Nick have two sweet son's, Alex and Phoenix along with two doodles, Palmer and Parker. Dr Stefanie loves going to Burn Bootcamp, running, wake surfing, reading and spending time with her family.
Dr. Jolynn Bachman
Dr. Jolynn Bachman (Dr. Jo) is a chiropractor who is passionate about increasing the overall health and wellness of her patients. Her area of primary focus is ensuring family health, with a special focus on mothers, mothers-to-be and children.
Dr. Jo has been serving the Lake Norman Community for 5+ years. Prior to being in North Carolina, she began her career in Minneapolis, MN. She is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University (DC) and attended The University of Nebraska Lincoln (BS).
Dr. Jo’s most important mission in life is her family - including her son Ford and daughter Blakely, Goldendoodle Josie and husband Jacob. In her spare time, Dr. Jo enjoys traveling, boating, bike riding, working out and cooking.
Dr. Stacey Rodsater
Dr. Stacey Rodsater grew up in Illinois, and graduated from North Carolina state with a bachelors in psychology and a minor in Spanish. She then graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic as the class valedictorian and then quickly joined the team at Adjusting the World Chiropractic. Dr. Stacey is trained in Webster pre-natal care and is currently becoming certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Dr. Stacey also serves as the community outreach ambassador and loves speaking to local businesses about how they can be their healthiest. In her free time, Dr. Stacey loves working out and spending time with her family and dog Noodle.
Dr. Chelsey is originally from Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada. She has always been active and started going to the Chiropractor when she was in High School and on the school wrestling team. She loves the philosophy behind Chiropractic and Holistic healing. She began her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University ofSaskatchewan and completed her education while being dual enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program and the Undergraduate program at Life University in Marietta, GA. She has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary studies with a focus on Exercise Science and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University.
Dr. Chelsey is passionate about health and wellness and especially loves taking care of moms and kids. She is completing her certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Dr. Chelsey loves being outdoors and playing sports and hiking with her dog Oliver. She grew up going to her family cabin in Canada and loves being out on the water.
